How do you engage non-responsive paid members?
I love the idea of extreme ownership described by @Calvin Hollywood, "If they don't engage, it's not their problem it is ours". So what are your go to strategies to encourage engagement within your community for members who are not responsive or haven't logged in to Skool in a week?

@Copernicus Johnson I second this approach of sending a DM or an email or even calling them if you have their number. Nothing beats a good old "how are you my man? We miss you."
Public or Private?
Hey peeps, I was wondering what you would recommend to choose when you have a small group that is starting out. I have already some content in the community, should I make it public that people can see inside before joining? First I kept it private and shared screenshots in the about page. What do you think?🦄

I had a memeber who complained that everyone can see what she wrote in Skool if they Google her name. I don't worry about those things, but she does, so I put the group on private.
Engagement dropping
People, I need help. I have a community for solopreneurs who want to sell ethically and authenticaly. It's a free community. There's currently 360 members inside. I would say that 10% are really active. I've noticed that the engagement rate is going down. People don't post that much, they don't comment as often as they used to. A few members are active with mediocre content. A few members used to be really active and then got bored and disappeared (I've contacted some of them through Skool chat, a few replied saying they've been busy - I believe them) I've tried creating a few giveaways to stimulate their activities (most notably inviting new members). There are a lot of free courses inside (some of them unlocked early on, some of them a bit later). There are also a few paid courses. The community language is Croatian. I've been inviting people through my social media reach (LinkedIn 4500 followers, Instagram and TikTok 1200 followers each). I've had the community for 40-ish days or so. How do I engage them? I really want to make this work. I would love to see them post and invite people and create some serious momentum.

@Keith Mosher maybe to be transparent? I don't know. Skool is still in the works and missing some features, but they're getting there step by step 💪

I am seeing new members posting questions or new posts in my community but I don’t get any notifications. I literally just stumble upon them as well new membership requests. Should I toggle on any notification settings for these two elements?
