Hi lachlan! Is the idea to do the week mobility programs for 1 full week and then progress to the next week? How many days per week?

Hi Lachlan - any tips for training core when dealing with lower crossed? Some ab exercises cause low back pain or just simply don’t feel the exercise properly in the abdomen as it can be hard to brace the abdomen.
