So as of now we can see the individual progress each user has on our courses but we can't really do anything with it inside of Skool, at least not that I know of. We have the exp for posts and likes to incentivize interaction... couldn't we have a separate tier or metric to incentivize our users to finish our courses? It could even be something simple like emblems, borders on the user profile... just a quick idea. What do you guys think?

Guys, i just tried out the funny feature in Desktop version "Let there be cat". Funny, good sounds, but how can it go away again?! Thanks :D

After onboarding 50 customers with phone calls, the most frustrating part of using Skool is creating an account. If the platform doesn't recognize the picture, it gives an error, and it’s almost impossible to bypass this step. Sometimes, we spend between 10 to 15 minutes just uploading a picture. Unfortunately, we can't assist with this process directly because we don't have access to their accounts. I can feel the frustration from people trying to create an account, and we lost two $2,000 sales due to the complexity of the login process.
