My morning practice most days is a mix of sitting with the emotions in the form of the physical sensations in the body and watching them shift, then a surf, then a dance with Lailla's playlist. Finding they work together well to help me stay in the body as much as possible and get through some challenging times. Like the idea of using the stopwatch rather than the timer so I can just go with how long my body feels it needs , 20 minutes of dancing yesterday helped me through a rather flat day otherwise.
