People who let their weight drag, without putting them in their place
Do you also have clutter problems in your gym? (I guess it's in France based on the language) the manager of a weight room found a fun solution so that members don't forget to put their weights away after doing their sets :-) Translation: "Please put your weights away, your mothers don't work here" 😂😂😂

Morning all 🫶 What are yours thoughts on haddi having synthol in his shoulders. Me personally I think you should not be allowed and be marked down for this. I am aware that opinions will differ and I respect that but I am interested in your opinions. Thanks 🙏

While some may see synthol as a means to sculpt the physique according to their own aesthetic standards, I think it's important to preserve the integrity of the sport by promoting natural and healthy practices

@Dmitri Volkov I understand where you're coming from, but still, synthol completely distorts the competition. It's hard to remain impartial when some are using substances like that
