Got to recover today, do some walking with my mum, and tossed the football around with my bro and dog. Still have a fat bruise on my right thigh from basketball though!😢
Did 3 sets of Weighted Dips and got back to a nice PR of 115 lbs for 5 reps. Then, played half court basketball for 1.5-2 hours. Lost my very last game but overall did well. Sadly, got a knee to my thigh and it is very bruised LOL
I am on Paul Fabritz's Vert Code Elite Jumping Program for those that may not have known. On the third phase and I finished that workout today and then played a lot of volleyball. Sadly, did not do upper body. Will be doing some dips before playing basketball tomorrow!😆
