Need Your Input: Powder vs. Liquid Vial Formats
Hey everyone! I’m working on a health and wellness e-commerce brand and could really use your input on product format. I’m deciding between two options: 1. Powder Format (see image): This comes in a pouch with a scoop, so you mix it with water or another beverage. It’s more affordable and lightweight to ship, but I’m unsure about which flavor to choose, and I’m worried it might limit me, requiring multiple flavor options. It’s also not as convenient as other formats. 2. Liquid Vial Format (see image): These are pre-mixed 25 ml vials. They’re super convenient, easy to consume, and from a marketing perspective, I think they offer more appeal and versatility. However, they’re a bit heavier and cost more to ship. The product is meant to be taken once a day, before going to bed, so convenience is important. I’d love to hear your thoughts—what would you prefer?
