Seeking Recommendations for Financial Advisor and Paraplanner Recruiting Specialists
I am currently looking to connect with professionals or recruiting firms that specialize in hiring financial advisors, paraplanners, and staff for financial planning offices. We are seeking candidates to fill both local positions in our area as well as some remote opportunities. If anyone has recommendations for recruiting firms or individuals with expertise in this area, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Specifically, I am looking for referrals to companies, contact names, and phone numbers that could help facilitate these placements. Thank you Best regards, Brian Quaranta

Kate, it would be incredibly helpful to to get insights on how to leverage our data for opening new offices from a specialist. Specifically, I’d like to review the geographic data to identify the best locations for expansion, ensuring our marketing efforts from TV and Radio align with areas that offer the greatest potential for return on investment. Additionally, I’d like to evaluate the data we currently have on our 2,000+ clients, focusing on details such as their location, net worth, age, and marital status so we truly understand who is choosing us and what our current avatar really looks like.
Advisor to Associate Task Handover Process
Hi All, I was wondering if you have any best practice ideas around a challenge we face. Our advisors typically generate a list of tasks after meetings which will then be sent via email to our Client Support Team to start the workflows in WealthBox. Our challenge is that sometimes tasks are generated from email conversations and the handover between the adviser and the client support person is not always clear, resulting in workflows not getting started. Any ideas how to handle this better? Would it be better for the advisors to start the workflows and then have the first step assigned to client support or rather a template note in WealthBox with the client notes? Is there a way to close the loop to make sure that advisers can confirm everything has been done or is this where WealthBox Reports work best? Looking for some ideas to tackle this challenge. Thank you in advance

@Alexander Sanford Alex you seem like a very bright guy. Is there any chance I can get you to come work for me? Thank you for the advice. You would be an incredible leader at my office.
Questions about Redtail
Question: Issues with Redtail Duplicate Report and Data Migration from Wealthbox Hi everyone, Has anyone experienced issues with the duplicate report in Redtail not being accurate? I’m pulling a report that shows around 1,600 duplicate contacts, but after reviewing individual entries, many of them don’t seem to be actual duplicates. Additionally, we recently transferred our data from Wealthbox to Redtail, and we’ve encountered several issues: • A significant amount of data, including notes, did not transfer over. • Multiple duplicate contacts were created during the migration that shouldn’t have been. Does anyone know how to resolve these issues, or do you have a contact at Redtail who can help us fix this? Thanks in advance for your help!

Database Audit Help Needed
Looking for a CRM Data Audit Specialist Our firm recently moved from Wealthbox to Redtail based on a recommendation from a third-party consultant. The reason for the switch was that we were advised Wealthbox would not be able to handle the thousands of leads we bring into our database each month. However, during and after the transition, we have encountered significant issues: • Duplicate contacts: Redtail created a large number of duplicate records. • Missing notes: Key client notes from Wealthbox, some spanning 10 years, didn’t transfer and are missing from Redtail. • Tagging errors: Marketing campaigns are disrupted due to incorrect or missing tags on contact records. • High CRM Costs: We are currently maintaining both Wealthbox and Redtail because we don’t trust that Redtail has all of our data. We continue to find more duplicates, missing data, and missing tags daily. This is costing us over $24,000 a year to maintain both databases. Does anyone know of a specialist who can audit our data, ensure everything matches between systems, and fix these issues? Any contacts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
