Here's what to include: 1. Name: What do we call you? 2. From: Where you from? 3. Training Experience: Beginner? Been at it for a while? Other martial arts? Let us know. 4. One goal: Whats one thing you wanna crush in this program? 5. Random cool fact: I wanna be surprised! 😮 That's it! Keep it real and simple. Can't wait to meet you all!

Hello all! Sorry for the late announcement (haha I noticed what I chose for my avatar when I signed up and it's so apropos 😅) -My name is Carenna and I'm from Manitoba. -I started training Muay Thai for 1 year before taking some time off for another baby and have been back at it for 2 more years for a total of 3 years. I'm in the advanced class but I'm certain I'm the amateur of the advanced class. I have a black belt in tkd and I also did bjj on and off but kept re-injuring my neck every time it was well enough to return so I just put a pin in that one. -My biggest goal is to increase my fight IQ. I would love to be able to read my opponents rather than process the first strike while the 2nd and 3rd are already landing 😭 -Did you know that when the bible refers to unicorns, it's referring to the rhinoceros? The definition of unicorn in the first Webster dictionary from 1828 refers to a monoceros or rhinoceros. If you look up rhinoceros in the same dictionary, it says it's a genus of quadruped with the single horn being called the unicorn and 2 horned being called the bicornis. The old King James was translated in 1611. If the definition of unicorn changed in 200 years from rhinoceros to a 1 horned mythical horse, then it doesn't make sense to apply a modern definition of unicorn to a 400 year old translation. Also, the latin scientific names for the asian one-horned rhinoceros is rhinoceros unicornis and the black rhinoceros is the diceros bicornis. There's also a dinosaur/dragon explanation too if you're interested 😏🙃

Usually think of myself like a mini warrior but sparring reveals my fight IQ is like a 2/10 🤕 but hey at least I can admit it though 😂🥲
