Full Body workout!!
I have a great new workout coming out either today or tomorrow and I'm excited about this one. It's going to be a long one, full body from my class I'm teaching at the studio tonight. It's called Fall Storm because well, the weather today is stormy and my brain is lacking in workout names today. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the library of workouts!! Anyone have a favorite thus far?!?! I'd love to hear what area you want me to kick next. Giving me a direction ensures you get what you want, and you know me I will always deliver!! MONDAY NIGHT LIVE!!
Hi Bougie Body, switching things up a bit and trying a Monday night LIVE class!! As always, you video screen will not be up for everyone to see you in your home working out, just mine but I would love to have you join me for our first weeknight LIVE class. Password
I’m trying to login on my smart TV, but I don’t know what my password is when I go to change the password in the app. I don’t have it saved so it won’t let me change to a new one. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Ok I just looked into it and on your app you should be able to change your password there. They have an option of “forgot password” and you should click on that and Skool will send you a link to reset it. Let me know if this helps!!
