Hello bougie body family! Wow this week has been one for the books. If you live in the Seattle area you understand the wind storm that came thru and how crazy it’s been around here…and we have a few more storms coming this week! I have a few workouts I’m going to pump out this weekend while I have power again. I’m so sorry about the LIVE class last night, we were without power until late last night and the internet has been spotty since getting power so I’m going to work hard while it’s working and get them to you. Thanksgiving LIVE workout is still a go for this Thursday morning, comment below if you thinking about jumping in!! I love to see you all there!! Hi BB community!! I have some exciting new workouts coming to you the next few days, so get your booty ready for those. Also tomorrow is our LIVE class at 7pm, bring your ball and meet me on the mat for a little bit of everything all wrapped into 30 minutes of fun. These are such fun classes you won’t want to miss it. This next couple weeks I’m going to be wrapping up the booty builder program and I have a few new programs I’m going to be adding to the Bougie Body family. I have the plans for a Pumped up strength program, similar to the booty builder but all with weights, total body workouts and also and cardio for weight loss program….my question to you is which program do you want first?? These take awhile to film so I will give you access to them before they are complete so you can follow along with me on the journey. There is 2 ish months left of the year, let’s close it out with the body of our dreams and the confidence of a lion in the jungle!!

Hey Bougie Body!! Got a couple of fun workouts going out to you today. Don't forget to add some of the Booty Builder classes to your routine....they are so good and I'm hearing great feedback from some booty growth happening in the community. This week there was no LIVE class, just couldn't make it work with Halloween and kids things but next week we have one!
