Once I Get The Job..
Then I have to schedule a cleaner to go and do the clean. Do you have a deep bench of cleaners to go to because at this point its almost a race to find a cleaner to fill that spot? or do you communicate and take certain days for certain cleaners? I would love any feedback anyone has who's already got their business going or understand the whole picture better than I do!

@Dan Zirolli I’m not a remote cleaning owner fully . I started cleaning so I know a lot more on that side then those who are just doing this to make money off cleaners that have no idea what cleaning really involves and that it’s as easy putting a price with size homes . so I’m hands on a lot and how I price every job is not the same , how many cleaners not the same, what I pay not the same best cleaners get more . I’m in the south so down here having strangers come in your house often is a no no , not meeting face to face with who I know is my target audience is a no no. Southern charm and southern class is my up bringing . I choose different and it’s worked 12k months since hiring cleaners no money spent on marketing just the old fashion way . So when I do market it’s own because I built a high standard business by my hands not a computer . We hire people we trust and know about , have a name in network

@Dan Zirolli 8k that’s from my clients I currently had and still adding. Cleaners come with me first until I feel I can send them on their own. It’s me doing quality control, me saying you want to earn more you better clean like me or better and I’ve found 2 they are just part time 2-3 days a week earn about 500-600 a week

@Leanna Walker leads vary in price depending on your area , as well as if they want reoccurring , size of home . I’ve seen 15-80. You set the budget weekly .

@La'Mont Payne to real honest you have to just try , my conversations with other cleaning business owners ever city is different . Some weeks are good some aren’t same will be from LSA starting out until you get google reviews up , my area the top have 100. You just have to try all and figure out the best way to get good leads , this takes a lot of work especially if you are brand knew , it’s a lot I can say I just built mine with my own hands to be build my name so people who usually seek my company know I’m going to do a great job and i am high af .

Hiring a VA to help mange is needed soon , hiring cleaners that will do a great job . I’m starting that process but I am very picky as I should be even after test cleans I will do . I don’t trust people to go do what they are suppose to go do
Update
Hey everyone, can we get an update on where everyone is at? How far are you in your current journey? It has been a slower process for us but we are moving forward. Hired my first sub yesterday - waiting on paperwork to come back. I have a group interview on Wednesday for a possible two contractors added. Pulling a list of realtors and property managers and reaching out to them. FYI my population is 6k - I am using the areas around me that will be a combined 300k. I am focusing only on move in and out cleans. The regular cleans will be secondary to our main product. Going to start LSA once I get paperwork back from the Subs. I already have SEO going on now. I found a software that has been out for two years and they are working on competing with OpenPhone. Working on my sales scripts and inbound lead systems. Automation for follow ups, email, promotions, review system. Remember, take one action a day and it will snowball. LFG Happy Tuesday.

I just posted my job ad , got a handful of good people !! Google my business has been an addition , my website is finally done https://ekquisitecleaningmemphis.com/ and I ain’t one to brag but it looks great and better than anyone in my area ! I have two new commercial contracts one with American Family Dental , 3 locations , 2 Barbar shops , working on getting my son daycare ( it’s 7 in the city , plan would be to sub out to a company who can do strip and wax and carpet cleaning). Landmark Construction just became a vendor . Partnerships to do community service . I have realtors I do work for now and investors . I’m booked and busy with own clients and I knew it was time to hire when I had to start saying I’m booked and had to put my thumbtack and bark on pause until I get cleaners . When people ask how I did I say God and God first . I haven’t made one phone call no emails just post my work , at the right place at the time , referrals . Which is what I wanted , I wanted to be sought after as the best in starting my business . As soon as I get 40-50 Google reviews I will start LSA and Google Ads as I now working on a separate landing page , got a email list , hiring a cold caller , VA, a person to do automations . My goal is to take over the city and expand to other cities within a year and if you aren’t on your peas and Ques in your city I’m coming ! When I decide to do this it was to be the best ! Mindset is everything! Good luck to all and remember God first and your mindset !
Ask and you shall receive 🙏🏽
Man, just got off a quick call with Josh and now I got a video meeting set up with my business mentor (Codi) this Friday ! Love that fact that these guys are accessible and the energy is just off the roof ! I appreciate the start to this journey and look forward to work hard with you all.
