Low Show Rate From Coldcalls
Hey guys, so since around Mid September, I switched from primarily IG DMs to coldcalls, in terms of my outreach system. When I used to DM, my show rate was a solid 60%. when I manually booked them, I would send them a thank you VSL and reminders for 24h, 1h, 10m before on email and phone, as well as a follow on Instagram. Since switching to coldcalls, I have booked over 20 meetings. And only around 5 have actually showed (25%) The actions I’ve taken so far to improve this is sending a personalised written email with testimonials and freebie incentive, after booking instead of just thank you VSL . And I’ve made sure to be consistent with calling them an hour before every booking (sometimes I forget this) I have another 5 meetings upcoming next week and I believe it’s that which is the problem. I have no choice but to book people far out (5-7 days away, sometimes 10) because I work a full time job, and my availability with the prospect always clashes. Even though this is technically out of control, it still really annoys me. Any suggestions guys @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

On the call before hanging up, ask them if there's any reason that they might not be able to make it or nudge them by asking them to let you know if they can't make it. Another reason why might be the way you're on the cold call. Build up enough rapport on the call to make sure that they're not agreeing to a time just to get rid of you.

Guys i just wanted to share a quick win. The first phase of our paid program is officially complete. This first phase (Foundations) ended up being about 20 hrs of videos lol and we are only a quarter of the way there Now the 2 weeks of recording is out of the way, im back to answer the questions while i put together the single best course on making practical facebook ads for local businesses that work and scale on the market. Client Charged On Facebook
A client that I used to work with a year ago has said he's received a charge from facebook for $500. I haven't been running his ads at all and don't even have access to his account anymore, but he says he hasn't given anyone else access either so he wants me to help get it sorted. He logged into his facebook account and it seems like there's no transactions there on his transaction records, but his credit card was still somehow charged from facebook. Not sure how to fix this and help him get his refund. I don't have access to facebook support either directly so not sure what to do.

First day, already 2 website leads for roofer 💪
Couldn’t get any results for my client in over a week, but finally started to get some leads, even with a long 7 question Typeform landing page. I made the ad copy laser focused on a single offer and added some scarcity. Thank you Jimmy for service delivery advice, helped me a lot.

Can changing 1 word in the ad copy fck with the results?
So one of my clients ads is getting good traction and we're getting appointment with The only thing is that on the text it says "for the month of August only" and I have been think of just taking that off since we're on the month of September so I don't know what a lead might think when they read that. The ad creative already say "Free EV Charger with installed solar system". Should I keep everything constant or is ok to change that? @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

It certainly can. But if only you're changing the month to match then that should keep the results consistent. Because they would assume that the offer is over since it's now September
