Where to start and what is everything I need to consider in terms of costs and hosting platforms? Never built a website before so I am clueless where to start and what's involved in the entire process. Any advice or tutorial links would be extremelly helpful

Hello guys! Currently working on the presentation of my company, so website, socials etc etc. But ran into a slight problem today when i was cold calling. I didn’t have any more companies that I could call, I currently only use IG for outreach, I follow the companies and then go thru their website and then I call them. Do you guys have any other outreach methods u think I should give a try?, share ur methods. Thx!

Hey everyone! We’re noticing a big challenge: clients frequently pause their ad campaigns. This means that while we might have 3 clients on paper, the actual active average is closer to 1.96 clients/month due to pauses. This creates unpredictability in revenue and makes it harder to scale. Ethically, we don’t want to charge full retainers during pauses One idea we’ve considered is charging a small fee for each day the ads are paused (e.g., $15/day) to account for maintenance, ad optimization, or readiness for relaunch. What do you think of this idea? How do you manage or prevent client pauses while keeping revenue steady? Would love to hear your strategies!

What’s a good testing budget for running paid ads to test variables? Is it better to run ads for 7 days (regardless of the budget) and cut them if they don’t meet KPIs, or should we stick to a specific dollar amount before making a call on the ad sets? I feel that it's kind of both, but it's really hard for me to decide because I think the fact that I run ads in Poland will be another variable here. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this—thanks!
