Asking AI how to fix her own error for future cases
So I was testing my extraction tools. I noticed AI got the weight & height data, but missed the units for them. So during the call I told her about what happened and asked her what error response she got from the tool. (big thanks to @Jakin Harper for teaching me that) She ensured me there were no errors with the tool, it was an oversight, and I asked her how to make sure this never happens again, and she gave me the line to add to my prompt. So next time your bot doesn't do what she is supposed to do, have a talk with her, maybe you will find out why... Here is the convo: Agent: It seems I initially recorded your weight and height correctly but missed updating the unit fields at the same time. This was an oversight, not an error with the tools. I’ve now ensured both units are properly updated. Thanks for pointing that out! 😊 User: Uh, in in the prompts, How can I tell you to remember up taking each and every extraction no matter what's Like, tell me what I need to write to you in your prompt? User: To make sure you remember this each time. Agent: To ensure I remember to update every extraction, you can include a clear instruction in the prompt like: "Always update both the value and its corresponding unit field whenever extracting height, weight, or similar data. Ensure no field is left blank."This will guide me to consistently update all related fields. 😊 User: Thank you very much, Anna. Agent: You're very welcome, Jim! Have a fantastic day ahead!

Asking AI how to fix her own error for future cases

I had the assistant with the pre-built tool, change each and every detail of the contact. It worked like a charm. This is the summary from contact note: Summary:During the call, the user, Jim, requested multiple updates to his personal information, including his email, last name, first name, city, street address, ZIP code, and other health-related details. The agent successfully updated all requested information and booked an appointment for the user, which was later rescheduled and then canceled as per the user's request. The call concluded with the agent creating a task to notify colleagues to call the user back in five minutes Sentiment:Positive Did the assistant complete their task?:Complete

I have a paid client waiting for me to launch their voice bot. Should I wait for voice kb? Should I build custom tools and launch that way?

When turning off client permission to limit features like KB or Assistants - there is no way for admins to access limited features. We need to hide it from the client but be able to access the info as admin. And, yes I tried accessing it from createassistants.com as well, if feature is limited its limited for admins as well.
Just a little post since im patching:
Couple things: - Your mins are safe and sound, they just arent displayed and buy back hasnt gone through yet - there is a grace period on calls right now because of that - Verification of calendar data visual removed for raw calendar request for ease right now - Viewing calls and data updates are patched and should be able to see calls, refresh calls and download them while sorting and filtering - pagination added for those with a lot of calls - Lifetime users didnt lose lifetime - just didnt have the silver medalian showing - should be showing now just for indiciation but I dont love where its at right now - Branding (we have a grey label sound wave logo) on page load leak, fixed - Conversations not catching because we were processing too fast, patched - 8 sec wait installed to catch your tags being added via wf etc - Reseller create / manage workspace coming back before sunrise, just needed to reposition the management of those workspaces - Active tag and call patched - changing number changes numbers on both direction and assistant search bar in active tags replaced with jsut a drop down for ease of use - voice prompt updates should be patched - check me on this but my tests have shown well - tons more coming-

Any update on when we will be back working?
As with every update, we finally get stuff working just for a new update to come in and make us look like idiots to our clients. It gets old honestly. I know everyone in here glazes on assitable everytime a sentence is posted, but for those of us really trying to run a business and also paid for a lifetime membership to this, it would be great to not have this stuff broken and having us have to treat our clients like we get treated. Said the same thing on the last update, thought there would be consideration of that this time, but nope, just throw stuff up against the wall and see if it sticks. Gets really old. I still don't have features back that were in the first version, and lord knows when the 6 months ago talked about "New Chat" integration is coming. I guess this is what you get when trying to use a bootstrap company to run your company on, nothing but headaches, bad support, and a "lifetime" membership to waiting on it to work and figuring out how to work around issues, selling features to our clients and then looking shady when we can't deliver.

I believe these updates should be rolled out in beta version first and as normal software companies have, there should be a group of testing people. Why did we end up being the test crew as paying customers while a team of 5 testers could easily point out everything we had over the weekend?
