What do you mean when you say number four and number 12 forgive me for being out of the loop I think. @Breyden Taylor You say common workflow you mean like a ghl workflow or what. One thing that I do that's manual is try to add up all the dispositions that happened by filtering out tags it's quite annoying. Having something to automate that process instead of the report would be awesome. For example I use a GPT parser to read every transcript and then send a disposition. Such as appointment answered bad number out of business Etc

Call center
On the call center portion I love the new button that says you can filter out by voicemail and all these other dispositions when will that be working? Also will there be a feature where we can download a campaign and send it to a client. We have this feature in our other voice provider and it works amazing

Scrape website
Looking for a best practice. Searched through skool(ugh) Use case, I have a restaurant that updates their website for menus, beer taps, music, events each on a separate page. I have a voice assistant answering the phone and would like it to scrape the page to provide info to the inbound call. Thanks Rock Stars
