Rolling With the Punch’s
If y’all think for a second my life is a gravy train on biscuit wheels plowing through a yellow brick road, you’re dead wrong! Just as it is for probably every single one of you, there are obstacles in the road and around every turn. Remember, no matter how well thought out a plan is, life has a way of taking a massive swing at it. It’s how you bob, weave, and counterpunch that matters. Don’t let setbacks or deviations from your plan get you down or keep you down. KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!! Big week full of opportunities for us to get better. Who’s ready to own it?!?! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Mondays workout was was Kettlebell Cardio, (those step up and back lunges don't half work your core and legs) crunches and I also got the farmers carry done for the day. Now time for a fresh coffee and Tuesdays warm up...
Any Interest In This?
Was able to break away from the family this morning and get into a tree stand. Anyway, didn’t see much but DID manage to come up with some ideas for us here. You see, I’m always looking to figure out how to push you guys and provide the type of accountability that helps you get the MOST out of your God given potential. One of the ideas I thought about recently was doing a 30 day transformation challenge with you all… Any takers?

I continue to lose weight and I'm still doing kettlebell workouts at least Mon-Fri every week and most weeks even do one on a Saturday or Sunday too but I don't feel like I'm getting the same noticeable results I was before and this may well be a good way to change that. Bring on the challenge @Chandler Marchman
Snatches, Wood Chopping, Campfire Cooking, S’mores, and Gladiator II
Settling in to watch Gladiator II with the wife after chopping a cord of wood, knocking out a nice snatch routine, crushing a campfire cookout, and having a fun S'more's session with the kids..Anyway, wanted to share a quick tip as well as check in to see how you capped off the work week. As for that quick tip: if you hate cardio, find some labor intensive chore around the home front that helps boost work capacity. Chop wood, clean gutters, mow the lawn with a non-self propelled mower (while wearing a weight vest if you REALLY wanna beef it up)…To me, this type of “cardio” beats the HELL out of just riding a stationary bike for a half hour…PLUS you have the benefit of getting shit crossed off the “honey do” list. What you guys got planned for the weekend? What are you doing to serve your “WHY”??? Check in!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

The week finished off yesterday on a positive. Had to wait in most of the day for a plumber to arrive but he managed to sort out the problem. Later while my son was at his little Friday night activity club I walked across town to stick up on provisions taking my step count for yesterday to over 25000. Got a good kettlebell workout done in the morning and done some farmers carry later too while I waited for the plumber. Got up this morning, went to make coffee and this is the view from my kitchen window so I may well head out with my boy today and have a snowball fight or build a snowman ☃️❄️
Something>Nothing
Just a gentle reminder that SOMETHING is always better than NOTHING when it comes to the work we invest into our goals… Not every day you train is gonna be a walk off home run. Some days you just gotta accept the fact that you need to throw down a sacrifice bunt to achieve some degree of progress. When that’s the case, which these days as a parent and business operator is more often than not, you have to learn not to get down on yourself. Instead, take what the day gives you and focus on progress over perfection… What work did YOU manage to put in today? Chime in with your daily check in!!! Hands up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Yesterday's workout was Thursdays Kettlebell Cardio and I followed that with farmers carry. I had a medical check up appointment yesterday and found out that I'd lost another 2kg which was a nice surprise as I didn't think I'd lost any more weight at all 👍 It's now Friday morning and time for some fresh coffee then a warm up and work out to start the day 💪
Curious What YOU Think
Before I film a YouTube video that will UNDOUBTEDLY get me a lot of hate, I wanna know your opinion on the matter. What’s more important for your overall health? DIET or EXERCISE? Let me know your opinion and why… Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

I believe diet has the biggest impact on you. If you eat crappy and unhealthily you feel crappy and unhealthy. Exercise is important but it's not worth it if your diet is not doing anything good for your body. If I had'nt changed my diet for better options I wouldn't have been able to be well enough to manage to do the exercise and now they go together and help me to continue to be fitter and healthier. Today's workout was Wednesdays Kettlebell Cardio, farmers walk and crunches.
