My lack of meal planning is making an impact. I’m not eating fast food, but eating at home is optimal. I get busy, I seek out healthier options out and about. I was to fine tune this to make eating out less frequent. Successful and beautiful day. I met my goals, I had to lean into discipline tonight, but I’m proving to myself that I have the willpower to show up for myself.

I have 125 reps more to finish up- fit it into my pause today. @Chris Neaves and I are off to a sound bath right now. I am 16oz short of my water goal. I woke up early to check off my morning routine goal. I pushed my comfort zone to go to a woman’s conference today and it filled my fu*king soul… ughhhh… so inspiring. I miss connecting to powerful women in this way. Aligning… taking back time and space for me!! I came home to a mess all over and felt frustrated with how needed I am for everyone else at home. Don’t get me wrong, I am so grateful for my family, but ffs… I’m done putting everyone else before me. 🙌🏻

Been a busy day went over to my friend Shar and we got baked 😆 baked no sugar high protein, muffins, brownies, cookies, two cottage cheese cheesecake, keto buns and bagels. Also had a Sharcuterie. Now eating chicken on the road

Forgot my am journal - I was rushed this am. Cold shower ✅ Nutrition ✅ Healthy breakfast & lunch with fruit Evening reflection journal ✅ 2 meditations and 1 sound healing today ✅ Water ✅ - 1 L short of daily intake. V300 ✅ 150 flutter kicks, 50 climbers and 100 bicycle crunches I could do better with my evening meals but they are definitely better than they were. Forgot photos of meals

V300 done, I meditated 2x today. YaaY me. Biggest win - still powering through. Skipped one day of V300 when my body was exhausted and I fell asleep early. Busy day in a conference and sound healing tonight. 13 hr day and still did my exercises.
