Inbound Voice is not able book appointment in user's timezone. This is a big problem for a client whose leads are coming in from each USA zone.
I was wondering if anyone here is using inbound voice for appointment bookings in user's timezone that is different from GHL account timezone. Is @Jorden Williams working on this to work?

@Chris Fritcher I don't think this feature work. 1. It doesn't understand even after spelling name and email, wrong info is added.2 when it tries to book it say that there was an issue booking at the slot I requested, then it keeps repeating some stuff... at this point it lost me.... also ,there used to be another appointment for that slot I was requesting which is deleted BUT bot tells me that there is an issue..WTH...IDK how to set this up to work... I give up.... I would really appreciate if Jorden show us how the new GHL contact calls company, and how the bot updates Full Name and Email and Books in user's timezone. To create video like this, caller must be in different timezone than GHL crm where appointment is being booked. Also, it hangs up too soon when it's done with booking.

@Chris Fritcher I hear yaa. I was excited for this as well BUT, it seems like inbound is not there yet. If you already have a lead and want to use it for outbound in your workflow, minus correct timezome.

Hi Luis... do you use inbound voice that is able to schedule appointment in user's timezone? I need help with this. When a new contact calls it books in GHL timezone NOT user's.

I just had something very strange happened - connected only to 1 calendar...somehow booking was made via that test booking and it left Jane Doe contact on all of my clients calendar, and I am not even able to remove this Jane Doe contact now 😅.... tried everything.
Voice AI only answering on the second call
My voice AI is only answering the call the second time they call it, for first calls where the contact is not saved in GHL it does not answer, but for numbers where the contact is already saved in GHL it answers normally. Another point is that after the first call the contact is saved as "Guestcaller...". Is anyone else going through this? How did they resolve it?

Same here doesn't answer on the first call, especially when I delete GHL contact to restart my test .... seems like I need to wait 5 min before trying to call it again.

@Igor Avantto create extractions and function Full Name, then in GHL workflow update Full Name with the extraction. Have you tried this?
