Is it possible that the notes and the call status says that the call was transferred, but the office staff says that the calls from AI after they picked up were quiet - had noone othe the other line.
@Brandon Duncan yes I do and I did show... and I also like an a-hole, was just testing the transfer with my son's cell acting as an office and it did transfer even with that warm transfer new feature.
