Thank you Michelle for the call today, everyone who participated, my take away, for today is to focus on the protein. Candida canโ€™t grow if Iโ€™m eating protein,,also my other learn today was to warm up, focus on the weights first and then cardio 20 minutes and focus on increasing up to 50 minutes after the weight training to build muscle and lose body fat. Oh yeah for this!! Believe it, have the vision of how I want to look and know the feeling inside me. ๐Ÿ’—

Do you know you have 2 Identities?
What exactly is identity? Identity is the self image you hold of yourself (its your thoughts, feelings and beliefs). You have an external and an internal Identity and the internal will always win. You can put on a face or act a certain way for the rest of the world to see, but you cannot lie to yourself. Lets put it this way: What you perceive about yourself is what you believe about yourself. For example, think about your fitness identity: you can take all the right actions with nutrition and exercise, but if your internal identity is not set for success and your beliefs you hold of yourself have not changed, you will not change. You need to flip the script and start changing the self image you hold of yourself. How do you cahnge? Look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Who am I and what believes do I hold of myself" Who can relate to the example above? I know I can.๐Ÿ–๏ธ
