Thank you Michelle for the call today, everyone who participated, my take away, for today is to focus on the protein. Candida can’t grow if I’m eating protein,,also my other learn today was to warm up, focus on the weights first and then cardio 20 minutes and focus on increasing up to 50 minutes after the weight training to build muscle and lose body fat. Oh yeah for this!! Believe it, have the vision of how I want to look and know the feeling inside me. 💗

I just finished listening to the Menopausal Belly Fat course/lecture. It is SOLID GOLD!!! Wow. It makes sooo much sense and is a culmination of pieces I have heard but no one has tied it together as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will be listening to it again and again.
