Week 2- Habits (Oct 14- 20, 2024)
1. Sleep at 10 pm 2. Spend 10 mins for finance 3. Read anything related to nursing for 5 mins 4. Exercise for 15 mins 5. Practice Nihongo for 10 mins 6. Take a bath before going to bed 7. Clean room 8. Ready uni and bag Won't add a new one until these habits became easy as breathing air
