OVERALL EVALUATION: Exercise for atleast 15 minutes - 5/5 Practice Nihongo for 10 minutes - 5/5 Clean room - 5/5 Read anything about Nursing for 5 minutes - 3/5 Sleep at 10 pm - 0/5 Take a bath before going to bed - 5/5 Spend atleast 10 minutes for finance - 3/5 RANKING HARDEST TO EASIEST: 5 7 4 1 2 6 3 Kinda disappointed with Habit 5😂, will do more effort to follow it next time. The ranking will be the sequence of prioritization to accomplish for next week since it needs a lot of will power to do. I am so happy with my performance as well. Probably would never be able to follow all these without this list and community. What I noticed is that the farther I am from Day 1, the easier it is for me to follow the habits. It probably took me less time to battle with myself if I should do it or not. Looking forward to my progress for next week as well!

OVERALL EVALUATION: 28/40 - 70% 😍💓💓 70% surpassed my expectation! Commiting for 5 days was so tough because everyday is different! Different feelings, different mood, different situations! Thank you past self for commiting to what you set for yourself! I am so proud of you! To my future self, please do your best as well because me and your past self is hoping for you to do so! It doesn't matter if you're not always on your 100%, as long as you always come back and commit, that's more than enough!

What are some hobbies/habits you have that makes you happy?
Most of the things I do in my free time are mostly grinding (math, workout..) and you guys have habits about raising plants and taking a bath before sleeping. That made me think, maybe I should have a habit solely dedicated to my well-being and happiness as well. Can you tell me your happiness/well-being habits?

Some of my habits are probably already exposed😂. Accomplishing those probably makes me happy, but some things that really gives me a lot of dopamine (make me really happy aka my unwind activities) are reading comics, listening to music, playing songs on my instruments, studying nihongo and most of all eating😓😂
