My first 25K€ workshop
I was very busy the last few months, because I succeed to secured one of my biggest consulting deal : a 5-day transformational workshop for a luxury experience company specializing in high-end travel and exclusive events. The Challenge was huge but as I had some experienced in the luxury industry (thanks to my fashion passion 😁) in the past I felt confident about it. Their team of 15 luxury experience designers was struggling to maintain their premium positioning while scaling operations. They needed to standardize their processes without losing the "white glove" touch that their UHNWI clients expected 👌🏼 My solution : a 5-Day Intensive Workshop. Each day was carefully choreographed to blend luxury experiences with powerful learning moments. The ROI was clear : each luxury experience designer handles €2M+ in bookings annually. A 10% efficiency improvement meant €3M+ in additional revenue potential. Key Success Factors : - Immersive learning environment - Real-world luxury experiences integrated into training - Practical tools they could implement immediately - Network expansion opportunities - Exclusive venue selection reinforcing premium positioning The results : - 30% faster quote delivery - 25% increase in upselling 🤩 - 100% team confidence in handling VIP requests The biggest lesson? When you deeply understand your client's industry and craft an experience that mirrors their own premium standards, price becomes secondary to value.

A 'least number of clicks' competition is one I've used to develop online searching skills before - either finding a specific page or an answer to an obscure question - good fun and adds both a time challenge and a decision-making element
Pre-Mortem + News Headline exercise combination☠️📰
Here is a combination I absolutely love when starting a project. Pre-mortem: Brainstorm on how a project can fail, obstacles, and pitfalls https://gamestorming.com/pre-mortem/ Newspaper: Make a newspaper frontpage for the project if it ends fantastically https://pipdecks.com/pages/newspaper-headline When you combine these exercises you create a frame for the project where you clearly create a negative outcome to avoid identified pitfalls. You also create a vision to align around and with a dream end goal🎁

My version of the pre-morten is called 'What's the worse that can happen', but is basically the same thing (I got inspiration from somewhere, but can't remember where!) with one twist - I split the room up and ask half the group to look at it from the perspective of standing still, not growing etc., and the other half to look at it from the perspective of growing too quickly. Leads to some really interesting debate and discussion

How to create VALUE PROPOSITIONS that truly connect!
Hey everyone! 😊 I wanted to share some thoughts on why creating clear and specific value propositions is so important, and how you can create one that truly resonates with your clients. Why Specific Value Propositions Matter Think of your value proposition as a promise or a special message to your clients about how you can help them. If it's too general, it's like saying, "I sell food to make people less hungry." While true, it doesn't tell anyone why they should choose your food over someone else's. Your clients have specific needs, desires, and challenges. When you're precise about how you can meet those needs, they can quickly see the real value you offer. It's the difference between saying, "I sell shoes," and "I offer custom-fitted running shoes that help athletes avoid injuries and improve performance." How to Create a Better Value Proposition 1. Understand Your Clients' Specific Needs and Pain Points 2. Be Clear About the Specific Value You Provide 3. Show How You Solve Their Problems 4. Use Simple Language and Relatable Analogies 5. Highlight What Makes You Unique Putting It All Together When you combine these elements, your value proposition becomes a powerful statement that clearly communicates the unique benefits you offer. Before (Too General): "I help teams improve their performance." After (Specific and Value-Focused): "I help tech start-up teams streamline their project management processes, so they can launch products faster and outperform their competitors." Why This Works - Specific Audience: Tech start-up teams. - Specific Need/Pain Point: Need to launch products faster. - Specific Solution: Streamlining project management processes. - Specific Benefit/Outcome: Outperforming competitors. Final Thoughts By truly understanding your clients' needs and clearly articulating how you meet them, your value proposition becomes much more compelling. It shows clients that you not only understand their challenges but also have a concrete solution to help them achieve their goals.

@David Newman That's a very similar experience my colleague has had in using LSP. Always good to get another view, even if it is biased!
