Here's a not so fun fact: 80% of fractionals will fail and return to work as an employee. This happens for the following reasons. 1. They lack basic business skills in both sales and marketing. 2. They make a lame effort to do things that will support their success (learning, networking, etc.) 3. They lack self-discipline and allow others to dictate their priorities. 4. They emotionally abandon their dream. Which self-sabotaging behaviours are you most guilty of?

If you make the effort to learn something about business every day, you'll discover that in no time at all, your value as a fractional will double and the likelihood that you will build a thriving business will also at least double. Food for thought. What are you learning more about these days?

@Renée Cormier Excellent session - very good structure which methodically moved us through the steps of offer development and fine-tuning. Finishing the workbook is a priority this weekend while my mind is still fresh with insights. Great team effort by the way with @Dennis Viellieu @Keith Boswell and Murtaza.
