What I’m working on…
First serious attempt at Procreate—not thrilled with the output. It does sort of serve a purpose. Trace paper, pencil, pen, and markers would have worked better and faster but I still need to scan, save, etc.

@Mykel Davis Mykel--I did use Henry's 1/4" = 1'-0" grid-scale for this exercise but turned off the layer-- before publishing. Original drawing was 3/4" = 1'-0" scale where three squares were one foot... That helped a lot. It's the graphics that I'm not happy with but that will come with practice and training. And @Amy Holms suggested Morpholio could have been a better solution. Thanks for your insight...
Morpholio resources?
I'm a landscape architect and really loving Morpholio lately - I know there are ways to purchase additional entourage (symbols? not sure what they're called) - who's got good resources for landscape folks? 🙂

@Daniel O'Kane I use VW doing a 3d model to then generate various plans and perspectives but elevations and sections are all 2d….
Bathroom layout with Procreate template
Beautiful drawing by @Mykel Davis using my 8.5”x11” scale template in Procreate. You’ve mastered this technique, thanks for sharing with everyone! 🙏

@Mykel Davis Mikel, what pen type did you use to get thick/thin lettering? And nicely done drawing.

@Randy Kopplin Thanks Randy...
Intro Hello
1971, started apprenticeship in an architectural office with colored pencils & pale ochre trace paper. Over the years, have drifted from sketching with the pencil to only using keyboard & ArchiCAD. Now, upon the release of the Apple Pencil Pro, am looking forward to returning to use the pencil, returning to the natural fluidity of drawing enjoyed at the roots of my career. Easy to drift away from sketching with mouse and keyboard. This could be a good place to learn new techniques for sketching.

I was a late starter, 1976 AE firm doing pencil on vellum, 1977 thru 1979 ink on mylar for a civil firm doing WWTP with my CLOW fixture manual nearby... before moving to an architectural firm with pencil and ink on vellum or plastic pencil and ink on mylar. Didn't like plastic lead, I like to sling ink.
