Skipped yesterday cuz I was super sore. Today I warmed up with the dance ab and then I did the shuffle sculpt. Still kept it very simple very light weights lol

Hello Shuffle Sculpt fam! I wanted to share this with Victoria but she said I should share with the whole group and obviously I’m happy to do that!
