Enthusiasm - The Key to Success
Ralph Waldo Emerson wisely observed that ‘Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.’ Indeed, enthusiasm is the driving force behind both remarkable accomplishments and everyday successes. It infuses life with purpose and transforms mere existence into vibrant living. When we approach our endeavors with enthusiasm, even hard work becomes enjoyable. In fact, enthusiasm is like a magical elixir—it empowers us to sell ourselves effectively and achieve greatness.” Enthusiasm isn’t merely a fleeting emotion; it’s a way of being that propels us toward our goals. Imagine it as a spark that ignites our actions, turning them from mundane tasks into exciting adventures. Whether you’re pursuing a grand vision or tackling everyday challenges, enthusiasm is your secret weapon. Consider this: Coach Wooden, the legendary basketball coach, believed that enthusiasm was the key to unlocking our potential. He said, “Hard work without enthusiasm leads to tedium. Enthusiasm without industriousness leads to unrealized potential. When combined, they cement a solid foundation.” So, let your enthusiasm fuel your journey, and watch how it transforms your life! Remember, you’re not just living; you’re thriving when enthusiasm lights your path! I welcome your thoughts on enthusiasm!

Vision Quote from Edison
“Vision without execution is delusion.” – Thomas A. Edison Thomas Edison, was born on February 11, 1847 in Milan, Ohio, U.S., was an American inventor who left an indelible mark on history. His relentless pursuit of innovation led to a staggering 1,093 patents, either individually or in collaboration with others. Let’s delve into some of his remarkable accomplishments: Incandescent Light Bulb: Edison is perhaps best known for inventing the incandescent electric light bulb. His groundbreaking work in this area revolutionized the way we illuminate our world. Phonograph: The phonograph, another of Edison’s inventions, allowed sound to be recorded and played back. It laid the foundation for modern audio technology. Carbon-Button Transmitter: Edison’s work extended to telephony, where he developed the carbon-button transmitter for telephone speakers and microphones. This innovation significantly improved communication. Motion Pictures: Edison played a pivotal role in the development of motion pictures. His contributions include elements of the motion picture camera and other apparatus related to film. Electric Utility System: Edison’s vision extended beyond individual inventions. He created the world’s first industrial research laboratory, which became the birthplace of numerous technological breakthroughs. Alkaline Batteries: Edison’s work also encompassed the alkaline family of storage batteries, which have had a lasting impact on various applications. In essence, Thomas Edison’s legacy as one of the greatest inventors of all time continues to shape our modern industrialized world. I think Edison knew a thing or two about vision. Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” — Henry Ford. A great quote that means the same 100 years and today!!

The Common Denominator of Success
What quality do all successful people share? Is it intelligence? Not quite. There are numerous successful individuals with only average intelligence. Nor is it solely talent or ability. Many non-achievers possess greater intelligence, talent, and ability than highly successful individuals. Persistence emerges as the common thread. It’s the willingness to invest time, endure obstacles, criticism, discomfort, and the ability to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. Let’s spell it out: P-E-R-S-I-S-T-E-N-C-E. This unwavering commitment to action sets successful people apart, regardless of their other qualifications. What do others think?

You need to take rests, that’s how we rejuvenate ourselves and stay healthy, I like to eliminate waste in my life to have more time to add value to the things that are important to me. If you spend 30 minutes looking tor a misplaced item then that will cost you money you will never get back. Standing in line for anything instead of planning better will save minutes. Chairing a meeting that only needs 30 minutes and you take one hour is wasting a lot of money. Those were just a few examples.
