Mistake
Hello skoolmates I feel that I have made a mistake in joining this skool. I came here to learn about real estate wholesaling and how to work with realtors on MLS deals. As I read the comments and the posting I feel that I am in the wrong place. I am not a realtor, I feel that this skool is for realtors not wholesalers I apologies to this group.

Hi Linda, The theme of this group is Proof Stacking. Proof Stacking is a business model. Proof Stacking evolved from the real estate industry. It's based on what I learned at CBRE. When I joined CBRE, I was told in my first 15 minutes "We are the largest and most successful real estate brokerage in the world for 1 reason. We have a system. If you follow the system you will succeed, if you deviate, if you think you know a better way, if you think you're smarter than us or cut corners, you will fail". I never forgot that. For many years I implemented the system. It works everywhere in many markets. I've seen many succeed. I've seen many deviate and fail. It doesn't matter how smart you are, where you went to school or how beautiful or handsome you are. It's based on what I call the Law Of 1000. What that means is focus on 1000 owners of property, 1000 brokers or 1000 of anything. Give information, create relationships. Build personal relationships by promoting proof of transactions and/or showcasing your expertise with market information. If you have a scattered approach, you won't be able to build relationships. A scattered approach is like starting over. Like the quote above states, if you create a system for your wholesaling business, you will succeed. I can show you numerous examples to give you an idea of what I mean. Here's a website we are finishing for one of our Skoolmates Nina Steiner. Nina is in the office leasing market in West Los Angeles. For years, Nina implemented the scattered approach. Take a look at what she is doing now. It's focused. Her message is clear. We call those who doubt "Doubters". The best way to convert a Doubter to a Believer is with Proof. Proof creates trust. To be effective, your proof needs to be promoted to the same people in a target market. "Your Market".
Turning 1 Page Case Studies into Your 24/7 Sales Force
If you were a real estate developer in NYC looking for sites in Hudson Yards, the first thing you might do is search Google for Development Sites Sales in Hudson Yards. In the image I posted, you'll see BKREA ranking #1 and #2 on Google. The 2nd thing a real estate developer will do is pick up the phone and call. There's nothing more powerful for attracting Pre-Sold clients than ranking #1 on Google with Proof. 1 Page Case Studies is a Proof and Trust building strategy. Niche strategies like this can be implemented in every town in the USA. Each 1 Pager can be repurposed into social media posts, videos, emails, zoom calls and one on one meetings and sales pitches. The formula starts with the "Law of 1000" concept. What this means is focus on 1 market of 1000 owners. If I can achieve results for a new website (5 months since launch) in NYC, imagine what you can achieve in your market. If you are looking for a daily action strategy that does the selling for you, 1 Page Case Studies promoted in your target market will do the trick. It's a simple, repeatable skill. Thanks for the add! Happy to be here! Looking forward to receiving and providing value as much as possible. Started wholesaling & flipping in 2015. Did a few hundred single family homes then transitioned 100% to buying and holding commercial real estate. Currently own around 3000 units almost entirely multi family. Looking to sell about 1500 units outside of our core markets, then looking to build/buy A class properties in SC, NC, OH, and NE GA.
