10 minute EMOM…
In this 10-minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workout, your goal is to complete 10 push-ups at the start of each minute. Once you’ve finished the 10 push-ups, rest for the remainder of the minute. If you can’t complete all 10 in time, that’s your target to beat in future sessions. I have used this is my PE classes for various activities. It is a great exercise that evens the playing field with kids by using time. Got it from you and enjoy using it.
