@Nisal Akash at the end of the day being in a caloric deficit is how you lose weight. The building of muscle will help over time to increase BMR but in the short term it is tracking calories and eating below maintenance.

@Rida Oualla I would say pullups are the best overall... although Mike Mentzer called the dip the squat for the upper body.

@Eduardo Moreira Squats work well. You can also do split squats with your leg elevated on a surface or walking lunges holding something heavy.
