What is one physical achievement that you are proud of?
Personally, I unlocked a 140kg / 308lbs bench without ever training for bench(75kg / 165lbs bodyweight) This made a lot of local powerlifters and bodybuilders start calisthenics because I told them that was my first time benching seriously as a calisthenics athlete. What is your achievement and story?

Why did you start training Calisthenics?
Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick 😂 What’s YOUR reason?

Why Do We Really Want to Be in Great Shape? 🧠💪
Have you ever wondered why so many of us crave being in peak physical shape? It goes beyond just looking good or fitting into clothes. It’s deeper. In a world where so much is within reach, through convenience, technology, and instant gratification, good health has become a rare and valuable treasure. Think about it.... Real, long-lasting health is hard to achieve and even harder to maintain. And that’s what makes it so valuable. There was a time when being in shape was simply part of survival. Now, in modern society, where comfort and ease are everywhere, being in great shape has become something outside the norm. It’s no longer a default, it’s a choice. And that choice reflects something powerful about you as a person. Striving for great health means you’re willing to push through discomfort, face challenges, and do what most people won’t. It’s a symbol of commitment, discipline, and self-respect. What’s truly valuable in life is rarely easy to get, and in a world full of shortcuts, achieving great health shows that you’re reaching for something more, something that requires hard work, effort, and consistency. What’s your deepest motivation for wanting to be in great shape? Is it beyond the physical? Share below! 💬⬇️ Also would appreciate if you drop a comment adn not just a vote on the poll :) - Erlus

3 NEW COURSES for beginners
Good day Caliversity athletes! We used to have one fixed course for beginners to go from 0 pull ups to unlocking the muscle up. But we understood lately that achieving the pull up is no easy deal, much less the muscle up, so we've decided to split the course into 3 NEW sections: Course 1: Unlock your first pull up - Unlock your first pull up from SCRATCH, - Follow a step by step training basis - Much more scrutinized requirement and target goal to achieve for each level. Course 2: Muscle Up technique - Learn the techniques that a muscle up requires - Split into 3 different sections Course 3: Muscle Up strength conditioning - Condition for the strength that a muscle up needs - A sequel for 'Course 1: Unlocking your first pull up' - Complete Course 1 before this course
