I've been running Google ads for a client and wanted to use Facebook ads for retargeting people that didn't convert I installed FB Pixel on the landing page and it tracked 303 people who visited the website I created a custom audience with it but it says audience size: not available also, I created a campaign with it and it has been running for about 10 days but it didn't spend any money Does anyone have an idea why it's not working?

Is anyone here skilled in the client acquisition process and could potentially help or guide me into getting my first client for my marketing agency?
