Sequences, cadences, tracking
What’s the best way to track outbound activities, and what does your outbound activity look like? Do you have some sort of multi-channel sequence or do you hit the phone only? Interested to hear what others are doing. I’m currently phone only, am I missing a trick…

@Nick Mayhew Yes 👍 Sometimes I found myself wasting time on dead numbers.. What has worked well for you?

@Nick Mayhew How do you mark data in the spreadsheet..
A large number of business lines
How do you approach calling a large number of business lines? (assuming you have to, you can't find mobile numbers) When I can't get hold of prospects, I never know whether I should focus on a small number of offices, track when the decision makers come and chase them multiple times during the day, or just move on and do more 'volume'. What would you do?

@Callum Beecroft Kind of you, Callum.. Done!
I've added a new category - Quiz.
Here you can challenge the community's knowledge and prospecting skills with questions about telephone prospecting and what you have learnt from the community. This will give you more opportunities to engage with one another and get you moving through the levels. I'll go first... One of the things you may have heard me talk about before is not asking questions. There's nothing wrong with answering questions as long as you understand the true motive behind why that question is being asked. To do that you need to reverse the question back to the prospect to establish. So my question to you all is this... ❓ Can you give me a one word reverse? Add them in the comments below... 👇🏼 For every CORRECT answer I'll give you a like...

Data
Where do people get most of their data? Do you buy it from somewhere or so you rely on LinkedIn and your CRM?

Hiring someone GOOD on http://fiverr.com might also be a way to go. They can build a list / enrich your database (using Lusha, Kaspr, zoominfo, etc.). It can save a lot of time. You might even find there a SalesNav upgrade for a fraction of its price (don't tell LinkedIn I advised you that, haha).
