When working for a lending company, You quickly find it's almost like a factory "manufacturing" deals... I just got word that they are automating the backend software and website, to allow the brokers to plug in the details and receive updates on their deals without need for interaction with sales people... Only if there is an error with the information provided after the initial call, would they then need to contact a human... Seems to be that, more n' more sales people are becoming more like hybrid sales/C.S people, Anyone see this as directly as myself, in their own sector of the sales industry? 🤔
