🥳 $53,000+ on YouTube in ONE Month 💸
In October 2022, we made over $53,000 in ONE month from YouTube ad revenue alone. That’s right—$53,000+ from just ADs! That’s not including: Sponsorships. Merchandise. Memberships. This was probably close to a $100,000 month for ONE f**king YouTube channel. Sorry to be rude, but I think you will agree that is completely insane. Here is the CRAZY part… This channel was started in a bedroom. With VERY basic equipment. No experience. No leg up. Just hard work and dedication. We started exactly probably exactly where you are RIGHT NOW. We did something EVERY single person on earth is capable of doing. Now, not every month hits $50k+. That was a standout month with a mix of unique factors. But this channel now consistently brings in $10,000 to $25,000 monthly in ad revenue. It’s real, and it’s achievable. But still, the main take-aways here are. - YouTube is an unbelievable gold mine if done correctly. You can make an eye watering amount of money.  YouTubers' are not special. They don't have endless budgets, or huge teams (most of them). They are regular people, who started out just like YOU. How do we know this, because we've done it, and we are REGULAR people 😂 It CAN be done. Are YOU going to make it happen this year?

@Jamal Baroot No, we do not use any of our YouTube channels to promote our Skool community. We are keeping them separated for many reasons 😀

🤖 Did AI Narration KILL Our YouTube Channel!? 🪦
Tl;dr: AI narration probably doomed this new channel of ours, but only a re-launch will tell 💀 If you've ever considered using AI narration for your videos, you'll want to keep reading — MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THIS. We're not going to talk about OUR thoughts on AI here, but instead want to talk about something we're unsure has EVER been done on YouTube before. An AI experiment that will give everyone an insight into whether AI narration affects the overall performance of your YouTube channel... We get asked all the time about AI, but the most common question we get and see being asked in the YouTube community is this: "Does AI narration work as well as a real human narrator?" AI narration has become incredibly popular on YouTube over the last year or so for many reasons. It's incredibly time-efficient to use for your videos, and you spend a fraction of the cost instead of hiring a professional narrator or a fraction of the time, not needing to narrate yourself.. You don't need a microphone; you don't need an interface; you don't need to spend hours in post editing out mistakes; you don't need editing software, the list goes on. BUT at what cost is this to your videos? Well, we're about to find out... We spend upwards of $10,000+ EVERY month on human narrator fees. This could be cut to less than $1,000 if we switched to AI; we’re not going to, A: because we have an amazing team and wouldn't do that to them, and B: we've always wondered if it would harm the channels and our business. Naturally, we've tested AI narration over the last year with brand new channels, and in this post, we wanted to talk about ONE particular channel we started and how it led to this eyebrow-raising experiment. We started this specific channel in March 2024, and it is a channel that ticks all the boxes based on our extensive YouTube experience to become a hugely successful channel. After uploading weekly, with well-researched scripts, killer titles and thumbnails, and A* video editing, the channel grew slowly and inconsistently, which is unusual for us.

‼️ Why You Should DOUBLE DOWN on YouTube Videos That WORK 💯
Below is a screenshot from last week's video on a channel we have been running for five years. It ticks over well, it saw huge grow in the first two years, then found a steady baseline of around $3000-5000 per month (CPM is really high). However, revenue is not the main focus of this channel. Without giving too much away, this channel actively helps solve police cases and has spawned its own series on Amazon Prime. This post isn't about that; it's about why it's so essential to DOUBLE DOWN on content that works, it just so happens to be the case with last week's video on this channel. How easy does it sound if we say: "out of these 20 videos, this video got 3x the views as the other 19? So do that again" You would be AMAZED at how many creators don't do this, and we have no idea why. If something works, you have to double down on it to validate whether it was just random that a particular video did well or if your audience/YouTube is telling you to pivot to that type of content. In this instance, we had a video perform well on a topic slightly different from usual. It worked well, so we tried it again a month after the first video's success, and below is the result. This tells us that the first video wasn't a fluke and that our audience enjoys this type of video, so guess what? We will triple down on this, check the stats and report back 🫡 The moral of the story is: If you have a video that performs better than others, DOUBLE DOWN. At the very least, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Happy creating YouTubers!

‼️ Why You Should DOUBLE DOWN on YouTube Videos That WORK 💯
💥 PLEASE Consider THIS Before Starting Your YouTube Channel 👀
Quick intro on why you should listen to our advice: We have made over $5,000,000 JUST in YouTube ad revenue for ourselves (not just helped other people do it and claiming it's ours), have been full-time YouTubers for 10+ years, and never really ventured outside of YouTube, so have mastered just ONE platform. We have a team of 15+ YouTube experts across all areas of content creation and know our s**t when it comes to YouTube. Okay, let's get into it..... 'JUST START' 🚀 You see that motto a lot when it comes to things in life, and while we agree with it, there are levels to this statement that need to be considered. The idea behind 'JUST START' is simple. Most people don't start in the first place, so starting already gets you moving in the right direction. Similarly, waiting for things to be 'perfect' and avoiding starting sooner can harm your progress. However, when it comes to YouTube, does the 'JUST START' mentality apply? Our opinion: NOT ALWAYS 🤔 & here's why... Consistency is one of the key ingredients to a successful YouTube channel. You NEED to upload regularly in order to have a chance (once every other week is the ABSOLUTE minimum). So is 'JUST START', without any clear direction, a good idea? Is 'JUST START', without any time to work on your next video, a good idea? When you already have a hundred other life jobs to deal with? Is 'JUST STARTING', a random YouTube channel without any research into it, a good idea? Not really. Yes, some people do make it this way, but the vast majority don't, and you probably won't either. So what if you're eager to start but are unsure if you can maintain a regular upload schedule? There is one REALLY simple solution: 'JUST START' making videos, but DON'T START uploading them yet.... - START planning your videos - START practising your scripts - START your presentation, your narration, your editing - START getting a feel for all these things and build up a nice back catalogue of content ready to upload once you officially launch your channel.

⚠️ DO NOT Buy a YouTube Channel... 🫣
We have FIVE monetised YouTube channels, with just over 200,000 subscribers combined between the five that we DO NOT USE. We could sell these by the end of the week without question and pocket an average of $20,000-$40,000 for all FIVE. Not bad, right? So why are we NOT doing this? We'd be selling a broken dream to an unsuspecting buyer.... Here's why we WON’T be selling them and why buying a YouTube channel probably isn’t going to give you the YouTube dream you had in mind. Why do you think we do not use these YouTube channels? It’s because they didn’t work. Without sounding big-headed, if we can’t make them work, there are very few people in the YouTube space who can. First, let’s give some backstory to how we go about launching a new YouTube channel. We don’t just throw a channel together and upload random videos; we often spend 3+ months planning a channel before we upload the first video. This is our business, and we can’t afford to do this half-heartedly. So when we launch a new channel, we like to do something called ‘The Test’... The test is simple: - If the channel shows ZERO signs of growth within SIX months of launching (almost no views on the videos). We will usually KILL the channel. - If the channel is showing small signs of growth within SIX months (a couple of hundred or even a few thousand views per video), we give it another SIX months. If, after those SIX months, it’s still only showing SMALL signs of growth, we will take a deep dive into the analytics and determine if the channel needs a new direction or should be stopped.  Most of our channels show strong signs of growth within SIX months, and we will carry on as usual until we have another powerhouse in our YouTube channel collection. BUT, this doesn’t happen every time. No matter how good your videos are or how well-researched the channel is, sometimes it just doesn’t work, and that’s life. “But combined, they have 200,000 subs and are all monetised; what do you mean they didn’t work!?”
