Loosing hair
Hello ☺️did anyone has similar problem or know what's the cause.I am loosing a lot of hairs and feeling tired most of the days.Almost 6 months raw vegan, started with the juice fast in march for 43 days (I did nut milk and spirulina and barley grass back then too) I eat enough as this week I am tracking my callories and macro in cronometer but I'm low on selenium and sodium as I don't use salt.My diet is fruit based but also I do add greens to each of my meal and in the evening having big salad.Using spirulina and sea moss everyday, nettle and moringa powder. Also since juice fast my period is gone. Since my juice fast I did enemas, hydrocolonoscopy and I was taking herbs for liver and kidneys.Im drinking "heal all tea" by Dr Morse regulary.I did parasite cleanse as well.Any advise please? Is there something I am doing wrong?so confused right now 😞 🙈🙈

I’m sorry to hear about the hair loss you’ve been experiencing. It sounds like you've been taking great care of your body with the raw vegan diet, but sometimes it can be tricky to figure out what might be missing, especially after a cleanse or extended fasting. Hair loss and fatigue can sometimes be signs of nutrient deficiencies or hormonal changes. It’s great that you’re adding more greens and Brazil nuts for selenium – that’s a step in the right direction! Selenium is important for thyroid function, which could also be linked to your fatigue and hair loss. You might want to consider testing your thyroid levels to rule that out. Sodium is also an essential electrolyte, and while it's good to limit salt, you might need a bit more in your diet, especially if you're active. As others mentioned, supplements like living silica and red light therapy could help, and ensuring you're getting a wide variety of nutrients from whole foods can support your body during this rebuilding phase. It’s also important to give your body time to recover after a fast, as the detox process can take a toll.
