I'm facilitating a long term project with a university as they look to create an "Innovation Center". As we know, "innovation" is a well-used word with multiple meanings (or non meanings). As a start, the advisory board has given me their individual definitions of "innovation", but I need more creative language and perspectives. Please share your definition of innovation!

Hi, everyone! Today in Russia we celebrate Facilitator's Day. The holiday was invented by the Russian Association of Facilitators. I was wondering if there is such a holiday in the international community? When is it celebrated?

There’s a common saying in business that a project can be delivered quickly, cheaply or to a high standard, and that only two of those things are achievable without compromising the third. I’m trying to build a similar model for workshops, and have come up with Enjoyability and Productivity as two characteristics which are often seen as trade offs. I’m trying to come up with a third characteristic which I can then visually represent in a Venn diagram, with the ‘perfect’ workshop sitting at the intersection of all three. I’d love to hear any suggestions from this fine community for what that third characteristic should be!
