IMPORTANTCE OF PROCESS MAPPING
Automating our routine tasks and finally taking a breather sounds great, doesn't it? However, there’s a critical step we must not skip before moving to automation. **Process Mapping** Process mapping allows us to clearly see how we perform a task from start to finish. It all begins by taking a step back and calmly laying out each task we perform, one by one, on paper. Yes, it’s that simple! 😊 For automation to work efficiently, we first need to fully understand our business processes. - Which tasks are causing unnecessary time loss? - Which steps are consistently problematic? - What task follows which step? - In which areas can automation come into play? Through process mapping, we can find clear answers to all these questions. For example, let’s consider the process of recurring online meetings. If the same meetings are held every week, the same information is repeated, and effective task tracking cannot be achieved, it’s time to review the processes. The meeting process can be thought of as follows: - Meeting creation - Information sharing - Recording information and taking notes - Sharing notes - Task delegation - Task tracking - Time management With these steps, we can build our systems, map out the processes, and establish a solid foundation before setting up automation.

IMPORTANTCE OF PROCESS MAPPING
What's your favorite Low-Code tool?
We are tech-agnostic here - my view is that the best tool for the job depends on the job. With that being said, what tool do you find yourself using the most? This could include Zapier, N8N, and more! Which of the following tools do you use most frequently in your work?

I use make and Airtable a lot
Client mangament Portal
Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on an all-in-one client management platform that can handle: - Client onboarding - Proposals - Contracts - Time tracking - Invoicing I currently use Hello Bonsai for proposals, agreements, and invoicing, and Timely for time tracking (suggested by a client). However, I find the invoicing process tedious. Ideally, I'm seeking a platform that automates these processes, especially for long-term clients. Please share any suggestions you may have. Thanks in advance!

Save tens of thousands on cloud services!
Here are great platforms to save tens of thousands in your startup SaaS journey. There are few startup programs that let you get cloud services for free: - Microsoft Founders Hub - Google Startup Program - OpenAI Startup Program - Amazon AWS Startup I've been accepted by Microsoft Founders Hub, Google and OpenAI Startup programme, I didn't try to join AWS as the 3 programmes were enough ;) At Microsoft I'm on level 3 with $24k in Azure credits. If you need help to apply, let me know :) If you need specific services like Twilio, Make, Webflow, there is a platform called Founderpass_com where you pay a $99 membership, but for that you get: - free Webflow for one year - $5k in Amazon Services - up to $200k credits for Google Cloud - Make_com 12 months free - Twilio Segments $100k+ credits - Cloudflare one year free - Notion Plus - 6 months free - Digital Ocean - $5k credits - IBM up to $120k credits - and more...
