Is the pace of presenting ok? How about the tone of voice? Too monotonous? Are you able to follow what's presented or are there distractions?

One feedback that I've received relates to the need to define the theoretical framework I'm using or coming from. Continuous improvement is a part of operations management and management studies in general, and one would be able to study these in business schools and schools or departments of management.
