Remove waste by asking this
In the Basics course you'll learn about process waste and how to remove it. Remembering all the different waste types may be challenging, so just ask yourself (and everybody else!) this: "What is the #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity?" Keep asking that and you'll begin to see what to start addressing with Continuous Improvement! So, what is your #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity? Comment below, would be really interesting to read about it! https://www.skool.com/continuous-improvement/classroom/c6ad49c5?md=6c6b656de61a4ed7bd65b67906f12e07

"5 Why:s" is published
Folks, there's a new video available in the Basics course: The five why:s technique. When you've identified problems in either the Critical To Quality or Value Stream Map exercises, you need to get to the bottom of them so that you can design the right kind of an experiment. Otherwise you'll jump into conclusions and fix the problem on the wrong level. The Five Why:s technique is a very simple yet powerful way to do this. Watch the video to learn how!
