Nice work @Chris Wilson Last weekend I hosted my first Metal show/live music video/live stream event. I had the right team, the right bands, and just enough people attend. Now we can use the video footage to promote what we are really doing which is creating a resource center for artists. If you want to check it out here is the live stream https://www.youtube.com/live/r9WuLR5EcYc?si=88tkvqYKojBdPRru This week our team is discussing our Halloween event, our sponsorship and fundraising strategy, and timeline for the music video releases so we can set some tenetive deadlines for planning release parties. I'm inviting artists to find time for their art. I have an open house online Sept 5 at 7pm Eastern. Any artists here are welcome to come. Just register here- https://www.heidzalyncoaching.com/beprosperous
Note To Self
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice right now, what would it be? I would say things are not always what they seem, relationships are more complicated than people's smiles and what they want you to see. Pay very close attention.

If you catch yourself saying "I have to" do something that is preventing from an experience you would rather have, breathe for a couple minutes and ask yourself why do I have to? Do I really have to? Is there another solution I am not seeing? What if I just entertain the idea it's possible. How could it be done? Even bad solutions can spark good ideas. Don't be afraid to explore all the options.
Boss battle #5 How I think I've done so far.
I've had two real goals this quarter that Ive been accountable to. 1. Regularly practicing gratitude by sending 4 cards per week. In 3 months Ive only missed 2 weeks. Still sent out 15 cards in the month. 2. Being social on social media plus regular content posting. I'm good at one or the other still not great at both. However, since I have decided to focus on this Ive keep trying new tools to make content creation faster and I'm finding how to work social interaction into my routine and enjoy myself. I didn't do as well with this habit but it's like my nemesis so I had like a two week fall off. 3. The benefits to being in a game like this is being asked to review how I've done. Since the last two weeks have been classified as unsuccessful in how I feel about it, I can see by writing this out that I've done damn good and I'm encouraged to pick up where I left off and build my gratitude and social skills. 4. I know from these observations that I'm not there yet and so I'll keep working on these two as I also focus on maintaining the other good habits I've built up to this point. 5. Yes, I have mentors and a coach. I collaborate with people who can help me level up. I mentor those in my groups who are behind me. In my world the tide raises all boats. Excited to see what other treasures you are sharing with this community

How To Overcome Imposter Syndrome
"After so many trainings and certifications, I still don't feel ready to apply for remote jobs because... " If this sounds like the voice in your head, walk with me... Imposter syndrome is real and you are not alone, these are reasons why it happens and what you can do: 1. Fear of Inadequacy: The more skills you acquire, the more you realize how much you don’t know. This awareness can lead to the fear that you’re still not “good enough” to take on a new role. Try this: Remind yourself that learning is an ongoing process. You don’t need to know everything; you just need to be willing to grow. Focus on what you do know and how it can add value to the role. 2. Perfectionism: Perfectionists often set unrealistically high standards for themselves. Even after earning multiple certifications, they might feel they need to achieve even more before they can consider themselves ready. Overcome it: Embrace the concept of “good enough.” Perfection is an illusion. Recognize that your qualifications are sufficient and that no one knows everything. 3. Comparison to Others: Seeing others in the field who seem more qualified or experienced can make you doubt your own abilities. This comparison can be paralyzing, leading to more training in an attempt to “catch up.” Do this instead: Focus on your unique journey. Everyone’s path is different, and your experiences and skills bring something special to the table. Celebrate your achievements without comparing them to others. 4. Lack of Practical Experience: You may feel that even with all your certifications, you lack the hands-on experience to perform well in a job. Volunteer, intern in order to receive real life feedback and grow your confidence. 5. External Validation: The need for constant validation from others can lead you to keep chasing certifications instead of applying for jobs. You might feel that more qualifications will finally prove your worth. Hear this: While feedback is valuable, the most important validation comes from within. You’ve reached a point where further training is less about growth and more about fear.

Ive learned by talking to many business owners that everyone has imposter syndrome even when it seems they had everything together. This is great advice. As a person who loves to just learn and learn that knowledge doesn't help me or anyone around me. It's experimenting with practical application and doing it scared that will get you the results you want the fastest. @Obioma Ihionu keep it up! There are so many that say...one day I'm going to start a YouTube channel. There are a very small amount that ever start. There many someones out there that needs to hear what you have to say, specifically from you, because they relate to you. You explain things in a way they understand. No one will do it like you because that uniqueness belongs to you. The world has been waiting for you.
