@Nick Grippando Yep, turned the two non-conversion campaigns off yesterday. 3 of mine have received at least one conversion, so all three of those are still on (see screenshot). Only spending $30/day now. Will join Q&A today to hear your thoughts on next steps & timing here moving forward, anything else to try etc. Thanks.
3 Days of YT Ads, $170 CPL not great, Insights
Hey team, Going to join next week's Media Buying Q&A with @Nick Grippando and @Charles Winters so no worries if you don't get around to this post, but figured it will help streamline my questions next week. Current situation: Launched YT ads early this week following the Classroom methodology, been running them for a few days now and my ads are way out of KPI. WAY out of KPI. $170 CPL. I'm a big believer in long-term, letting the algorithm do it's thing but these were so far out of KPI I've paused 4/5 campaigns for the weekend. Desired situation: Ads to be closer to KPIs. Perhaps my narrow age demographic is throwing things off? (Has to be parents of high schoolers so I've set the demographic to be only people age 45-54). Loom video here as I show my data. Followed 7FYASA 2.0 Week 4 methodology when launching these, used the Targeting Template Keywords to do so. Thanks for the killer program. I have no doubt I'll get this figured out.

And last item. FB Ads info. Here's my current top performing FB ad (I have an ad agency who runs all FB Ads for me so I can focus my time elsewhere--i.e. YT ads). And here's a screenshot (attached) of the targeting on that ad.

Can also discuss this today but I'm receiving emails my ads are disapproved "Restricted verticals - Employment". No idea.
Draft of first six YT ads, feedback?
Hello Adspend.com community! I've finished the first draft of my first six YT ads. These have zero video editing etc. so far...but before I do that I am hoping to receive some feedback. I will plan to join the 7/5 office hours session as well, but wanted to post. All 6 videos can be found here, separated with different hooks (all have the same story/close). My initial thoughts: DRAFT SCRIPTS: QUESTIONS FOR ADSPEND.COM - I think these are all 2-3 minutes too long, especially the Story/Close section. Thoughts? - Several times PromptSmart Pro did not pick up voice, had to manually move the script with hand and you can see that on the video, any tips/remedies for this? @Nicholas Verge , when you say "Would highly recommend recording at 2x speed", what do you mean by that? Recording the video and speeding it up 2x before uploading to YT?

Alright @Brian Moncada & @Nicholas Verge. I went back, embraced Nicholas' excellent feedback and shot round 2. Hoping for some feedback on these raw videos before I go in, add some effects, subtitles etc. Uploaded V2 here (All 6 Hooks + Story/Close, Scroll to the 3:10 mark for transition from all the hooks to the story/close--of course when I do upload these I'll separate out the hooks) NOTES: 1) My Lav Mic was providing two audio files. I had previously used the "D" file, which I realized was a much more subdued version. I have now used the normal audio, which means the audio levels should now be to your liking @Nicholas Verge 2) After your insight, I revised my script. It can be found here. Scroll to page 7 for the final versions of all hooks + story/close. 3) I already do have some editing ideas, including adding logos of schools across the page and adding a common parent quote to hook 2: "It's just been so long since I went through the process" Any/all feedback is welcome once again. I want to do these well and feel confident prior to entering the editing/uploading phase. Thanks @Nicholas Verge & @Brian Moncada
