Back on track!
There's almost nothing harder to me. I have up my resolve for a week and found crazy ways to justify it and even consider it "fasting". Telling myself I needed to focus on other important areas of my life. Bull crap. Thank God I thought of LeBron James and what would he do? Never sacrifice his physical well being. Ever. Inexcusable. So why isn't it inexcusable for me? 25 push ups done. Ignore the self doubt. Ignore the impulse to avoid this community. Ignore all negative non virtuous thought. Do the virtuous action.

Day two of no food after 1900. Drinking lots of water and walking 30 minutes. Feeling positive about the future.

It's go time!
Flossed. 25 push ups done! 4 deep breath leg stretches. Yesterday I bit the dust! It was in public and ultra embarrassing. 😂 My legs are jelly and I think it's due to the stretches. Part the gains process though. 🏋️‍♂️

One virtuous act at a time.
Flossed. 25 push ups done. 8 deep breaths of leg stretches. I'm just trying to take the next step and training my brain to not worry about the bigger picture. If I focus on exercising virtue, I win. As I told Dave, I don't like the idea of before and after photos... but I know that's being selfish. If it motivates at least one other person then it's worth doing even if it makes me slightly uncomfortable. @Dave Morrow how often do you recommend I take the photos? Any recommended poses? I want to do it right.
