Flossed. 25 push ups done. 8 deep breaths of leg stretches. I'm just trying to take the next step and training my brain to not worry about the bigger picture. If I focus on exercising virtue, I win. As I told Dave, I don't like the idea of before and after photos... but I know that's being selfish. If it motivates at least one other person then it's worth doing even if it makes me slightly uncomfortable. @Dave Morrow how often do you recommend I take the photos? Any recommended poses? I want to do it right.
