Get back to doing what's URGENT & IMPORTANT ๐ฅฝSTORY: Today I saw the SLIGHTEST imperfection in a graphic I had worked on a while ago. I paused.. I thought about how long it would take ME to fix it. I took a moment and mentally measured the significance of it... I laughed and said to myself "IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER! (ESPECIALLY WHEN PLACED BESIDE THE OTHER THINGS I HAD ALREADY PLANNED TO GET DONE TODAY.)" ๐ฅผSummary: If I didn't notice it the first time and lived peacefully, NOT knowing... i can go another however many days until i schedule the time to fix it. There is that "If it can be done in under 2-minute rule then knock it out." but with this, i didn't lie to myself and get distracted. Instead, I invested 30 minutes into writing this post while listening to some good music. If something else much more significant had come to my attention and it was an emergency, then there's a new opportunity for discernment and shifting gears, but in this example, it was something that came up that could be set aside for a different time. Skool family, beware of these traps.
