I have group members who are ranking in the top 3-5% of active communities with less than 10 members!!
Sam Ovens has said that while new members help, the algorithm heavily favors RECENT activity.
So guys you literally need 3 things to start ranking:
- Daily posts from you (the community owner)
- Posts that are easy to engage with ("show me your desk set up", "what's everyone working on?", "what're your weekend plans?", "what's your favorite GIF rn?", etc.)
- Comments from you on your people's stuff! And then (periodically) tag other members and ask them to comment too.
That's it. You'll be in the top 5% in 5 days.
