Limiting beliefs
If you were to write down the top 10 things you want to experience in life before you die, what would they be? This was an exercise I ran with my Top 1% guys in Spain last week, and I had to call them out on their self-limiting beliefs. The problem was, they were limiting what they thought they could achieve in life. They had put a ceiling on their potential and created stories they told themselves about why they couldnā€™t achieve certain experiences. This is something we all do on a daily basis. We limit what we can achieve because we donā€™t see ourselves as capable of overcoming the obstacles that stand in our way. Or we tell ourselves weā€™re not good enough. What youā€™ve done is create a narrative in your head, and that narrative determines your success & belief. So, hereā€™s my challenge to you this morning: Write down the top five things you want to experience in your life and add them in the comments below. ā¬‡ļø Donā€™t think about why you canā€™t achieve them. Donā€™t base your decisions on who you are nowā€”base them on the man youā€™re going to become. Then ask yourself, why havenā€™t you started the process of achieving any of those experiences? It might reveal the reason youā€™re holding yourself back from your full potential every single day. On top of that list of 5 five, I want you to choose the one that stands out the most in terms of excitement Then write down at five step plan of how youā€™re going to start achieving that exciting experience Then add deadlines to each of the steps that youā€™ve created What are you waiting for? Role Model
If you have a kid, youā€™re a role model, you are a role model the minute you come face-to-face with another tiny human being thatā€™s in your care Minute minute you say the way that you act the decisions that you make or are all inherently being taken in physically mentally and emotionally And the crazy thing is is that that kid is starting from zero in terms of what it knows the world And everything that kid learns from zero for the rest of their life when apparently beyond your influence of their early years until they become old enough to look after themselves Thatā€™s quite scary thatā€™s quite responsibility that you shouldnā€™t take lightly If you show up average for the whole of your life thatā€™s in theory what they will pick up If you tolerate BS excuses thatā€™s what theyā€™ll tolerate If you donā€™t show affection in your marriage, thatā€™s what theyā€™ll think a relationship is If you let yourself go, thatā€™s how theyā€™ll treat themselves If you get pissed up all the time, theyā€™ll think thatā€™s what you do when you get home If you burn yourself out in your business or career, thatā€™s the normal When we talk about our mantra of lead you to lead them Thatā€™s exactly what we are talking about. When it comes to investing time, energy and focus on yourself. This is why itā€™s so important to become the complete man Is "I'm trying" cutting it? It wasn't for me when I asked myself that question. That's why I've spent a lot of money investing in myself and my future. I didn't want to tolerate the average version of myself. Because I wanted to move further from that version of me that wasn't showing up to his potential. This is not about how you parent. It's about how you show up. Showing up is a skill set. It's not taught anywhere, not in schools or colleges. That's why learning to lead yourself, your time, your emotions, your communication skills, your self awareness are absolutely key to your future. For the next 5 days only, we've reduced the investment of our 28-day

Role Model
So That
If thereā€™s one thing you could eliminate to move your life forward, what would it be? Simple question, isnā€™t it? For me at the minute , the answer was cutting out the tasks I didnā€™t need to be doing in my business so I could focus more on the things I enjoy. Whatā€™s the one thing creating the most pain for you? What feels like itā€™s holding you back? Then, consider the ā€œSo thatā€ part. This helps you understand the reason why you want to make that change. Here are some examples from our clarity calls: ā€¢ ā€œI want to stop drinking to cope with stress so that I can think more clearly and make better decisions.ā€ ā€¢ ā€œI want to plan my time better so that I can fit in more exercise and spend more time with my family.ā€ Itā€™s about identifying the pain, confronting it, and understanding the reason behind the change. When you feel overwhelmed, this question can help ground you. The next step is figuring out how. Here are three ways to stop drinking so that you can think clearer and make better decisions: 1. Only drink on Fridays 2. Donā€™t keep alcohol in the house. 3. Commit to a no-drinking-during-the-week streak. Thereā€™s more depth you can explore with each ā€œhow,ā€ but this is how you start the process of coaching yourself. letā€™s get after it JB Our clarity calls are designed to help you break free from struggle and start thriving. In just 15-20 minutes, youā€™ll gain insights that would take months to discover on your own. To book a slot, click the link below. 1%, 1%, 1%, 1%, 1%, BIG WIN,1%,1%,1%1%,1% Itā€™s taken me six years to earn a piece of purple cloth that goes around your waist. If this story doesnā€™t highlight the importance of showing up 1% better every single day over a long period of time to achieve huge things, I donā€™t know what does. Yesterday, I was awarded my purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu, and to top it off, my two youngest girls were there to watch it. Here's the process 1st year: I got tapped out and destroyed. 2nd year: More of the same, but I started a strategy of being hard to beat with a good guard. 3rd year: The smashing stopped, and I started doing some smashing of my own. 4th year: I focused on becoming really hard to beat. 5th year: I started being the aggressor. 6th year: Become your worst nightmare šŸ¤£ Itā€™s like life. When someone starts their journey with us, over the first 12 months, it feels like getting smashed. Because it's so new. But during that time, you gain education on how to do things better, you have a community that picks you up when youā€™re down, And finally, you have accountability to ensure you do what you said you would and get huge support along the way. In 6 years, you might create the life of your dreams, or you might end up being in the same place. If that thought haunts you, then read the P. S section below. It all starts with one decisionā€”to start. Have a great week! J (Purple Belt) B P.S We have around 4 clarity calls left for this week. [this isn't a sales call, if you are sold to I'll give you Ā£100] on the call we will - Figure out where you are - What your goals or lack of goals are - Give you a 3-step action plan to squaring your sh!t away in just 5 days To book your slot CLICK HERE, what are you waiting for ?
