Early up to my revised hours 4.15 out bed, 10 mins mobility, 15mins coffee and look at the day ahead and other 15 breakfast. Leave for work 5.30. 6.00 work, for only 3 hours as can not drive bus this is all they could offer me. Home spent time with the good lady before she had to go to work. then 30 mins run, 20mins dyno bench, then cardio 10mins to finish after this rest as shoulder sore. all in all a good day today,
