Back in the day, 20 years ago!, I used a product which was a topical soy based "natural progesterone cream" which was rubbed on the vasucal inner elbow, inner knees and etc. Some health food stores do sell creams...but, one must be careful as soy based products can raise estrogen as well!

I thought it was helpful. But the manufacturer was prohibited from selling it at the time.... politics. Ugh
Workout to support your health and energy levels
We have been taught as women to workout harder longer and like men every since exercise became a thing. What I keep hearing from the women I support is that they are working and eating clean but still not losing weight. Have any of you experienced this in your life ? What is your relationship with exercise is it positive? Do you listen to your body ?

Can't say I've ever done much exercising. I've done yoga...I've worked in gardens, walked with my husband just for the fun of it. Rode bike, for fun. Danced polka! Ran after and played with my kids and that was fun too! However...this current health struggle - and my finding it more challenging to do these "fun" things has taken its toll! But, learning now to change my "thoughts of limitation" to "thoughts of freedom and liberation'" is having a positive effect on the physical health. My focus of mind needed to change!

During my healing crisis, I use the yoga bench for stretching. It's passive. But, when one has self-sacrificed their entire life...passive and restorative movement is the best until full health is restored!

@Carley Schroeder everything that arises in our life...in our bodies, has the potential to lead us to the root cause. I'm learning more and more, (over the last 25 years) how our thoughts and self-sabotaging self-talk and beliefs are the true culprits of many dis-eases! We fear ourselves! We fear Source. We must return to love. Self live and love of others.

Castor oil cure
Castor oil has been used for centuries as a natural remedy due to its impressive healing properties. It is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal. When applied topically, castor oil can help soothe dry skin, reduce joint pain, and even support hair growth by nourishing the scalp. Its high concentration of ricinoleic acid makes it a powerful agent for improving digestion, reducing menstrual discomfort, and boosting the immune system when used as part of a castor oil pack placed on the abdomen. Many women turn to castor oil for its potential benefits in improving reproductive health, as it is believed to support lymphatic drainage, promote circulation, and reduce inflammation—all of which are key for a balanced hormonal environment. **Have you ever used castor oil in your wellness routine? If so, what benefits have you experienced? If not, are you curious to try it for any specific health concerns?**

We have! I used it on my face and joints. It definitely helped with joint pain. And Uncle mark used it on a spot on his nose, along with frankincense oil , which in time took it right away. I love your reference to the abdominal pack for immunity.
