Breath Hold Times (August 31st to September 7th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Day 4 Dive 1. 1min5s Dive 2. 1min20s Dive 3. 1min35s Dive 4. 1min37s Today was definitely disappointing, felt food on the first 3 dives but couldn't muster much for the max Dive.

@Curro Cachinero I try, but doing this at work as I have little time at home. I have some vacation coming up and will see if my times improve while away from work๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜…

The first monthly Breath Hold Time thread - with many more to come. Post your daily breath hold times & share your experiences here. Encourage & congratulate others - we will all be dolphins by the end of the month! We'll pick a monthly winner at random who will win a lucky prize (woo-hoo!). It's not based on how high you score (because... it's YOUR personal journey - so it does not matter if you hold only for a minute and someone else for 3 minutes).

@Rory Phelan I have exclusively done exhales to this point and they feel great! So going back to back and comparing the times was a cool experience. I see the benefits, especially under water, and will play with partially full lungs for now. Are there any benefits either way other than retention times?
