Yes...I keep checking back and haven't been able to find it. Any success?
New to the group
Hello Everyone! I'm new in the group and have tried Carnivore before and have not been able to sustain. I recently saw Anita from Ketogenic Woman and she looks amazing. I know she worked with Alice and Kevin. I have tried the sticks of butter and gained a significant amount of weight and figure that carnivore was not for me. The lessons here will walk me through how to make it sustainable with the right MACROS. Thank you Alice and Kevin.

Yes...butter...and heavy cream. My only real "vices". I've been off of all flours and sugars for more than 10 years, so they're no longer a struggle for me. During that time, I've eaten a decent amount of protein, LOTS of veggies, and some berries, and my weight was pretty stable. I developed MUCH gastro distress in the last year and a half or so, and became intrigued by Carnivore. I kept feeling hungry, and was delighted to hear so many influencers eating butter. I immediately felt better, but was hungry often...sometimes voraciously so, so I would snack on butter. Kept gaining weight...fluctuating between 7 - 10 lbs up from where I started, and that puts me into an emotional tailspin. So hopeful to find success with this academy!

@Denise Hope bread, in particular is such a “no-no” for me. Addictive to the max! I have learned to train my brain differently about it - no “lusting” after it, imagining how good it would taste; no allowing thoughts of how unfair it is that other people can eat it and I can’t. Instead, it’s really important to me to think about how good freedom feels…I’m free from all of the aches and pains I had when I used to put that in my body. I’m free from the obsession of wanting more & more of it. I GET to guard my freedom, rather than working hard mentally to try and find a way to have bread without the negative consequences. For me, that means staying away from “substitutes” which only serve to make me crave more.
Always have cravings after eating beef.
What do you eat when you eat about a pound of ground beef 85/15 and still crave food. Eat more beef or add some other meats with it. I feel like I'm never satisfied when I eat beef. 🙃 Anybody have the same feeling.

I can't say that I always have this, but have found myself feeling hungrier than what seems normal when I only eat beef. I seem to do better when I mix it up and have some beef, some chicken, some port, etc.
Liquid Fat from Ground Beef
Hello, any recommendations on what to do with the liquid rendered fat from cooked ground beef? I use 85/15 or 90/10. If I consume it, is it better to wait for the rendered fat to cool down and solidify before eating to avoid diarrhea?

I marked "experienced", though I'm probably not. Carnivore for 6 months, but have never done keto or ketovore. I have been flour and sugar free for over 10 years, and lost more than 100 lbs that way. Have gained almost 10 lbs since starting Carnivore, so want to get that off! I feel great on Carnivore, but where's the weight loss? Hoping this program helps!

I've been Carnivore for about 6 months, but a very clean eater (with no flour or sugar at all) for over 10 years. Have gained weight on Carnivore.
