Prayer Request
I just lost an uncle this morning. I woke up with my heart pounding only to get a call that he passsed. Say a prayer for me. Super anxious and no appetite. 🤦🏾♂️

So does anyone else deal with anxious feeling in your stomach and head pressure? I want to know what will help for me. I drink AFT and it helps but the anxious feeling I can't get rid of. HELP ME PLEASE 😫

Eye pain

@Jacqueline Garner no I just know they always tell me I have good vision . I ask them well why I get headaches, eye pain and pressure. They say it may be allergies /sinuses

Heart Palpitations
Does anyone wake up with heart palpitations? Like a racing heart beat when they wake up in the morning? It doesn’t last long…. But when I wake up in the morning my heart beat Is high. After a few minutes it goes down. But, freaks me out.
